Booking Deposit – a 50% deposit is required for all bookings. This is payable at time of booking.
Notification of your appointment – A confirmation text will be sent 24 hours’ prior to your appointment, please kindly respond
to this message with ‘yes’ to confirm or ‘no’ to cancel.
Cancellations – Whilst we understand that sometimes things can arise which prevent you from making your appointment.
We kindly ask that, where possible, you give 24 hours’ notice in the event of needing to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
If inadequate or no notice is given your deposit will be forfeited.
